The Restored Gala is a unique event with a meaningful mission: to restore hope to women in Haiti. Twenty-five Hope Restorers have embarked on a journey to fulfill this mission by restoring an item that the world would deem as junk and raise $1,000 in the process. The money they raise will be matched by a generous donor, and their restored pieces will be auctioned off at the Gala on September 22, 2018. Join us by getting your tickets for the event and helping Coenraad reach his goal by donating to his campaign below.
Coenraad, originally from South Africa, is currently a church planting resident as Revolution Community Church in Logansport, Indiana. Coenraad attended the Oakbrook Leadership Training Class, where he met Stuart and Emily Hays. When he learned about Restored Gala for Nadege, he felt a nudge to pick up his paintbrush after many years of not painting. His approach is therefore abstract, because what is being restored is not necessarily an object, but rather embracing a God given talent that was once ridiculed. Coenraad is married to Kristy, and they have a joyful daughter, Anabella.
